5. Customization & Delivery Each item at Pawmi is custom-made with love. Delivery times may vary by product and are listed under the Shipping & Returns section on individual product pages.
Some products include a design preview for your approval before crafting begins. Please note: Custom Surprise Pet Portraits do not offer previews to maintain the surprise.
6. Refunds & Order Modifications Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations, modifications, or returns once an order is placed. If you have any concerns, please contact us at pawmi@pawmiwow.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Exceptions are made in the case of quality issues or product damage during delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or suitable solution.
