📦 Shipping Information We offer free shipping on all orders over $150. For orders under $150, a flat $10 shipping fee will apply. The estimated customization time for each product can be found in the Shipping & Returns section on its product page. Once your order is shipped, it will be delivered within 5–12 business days, depending on your location. We work with trusted carriers to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.
💗 Return Policy Each piece we create is a personalized, handcrafted work of art made just for you and your beloved pet. Because of the custom nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. Rest assured, your satisfaction is always our top priority. (Except for Custom Surprise Pet Portraits), we will stay in close communication with you throughout the entire custom process, providing preview sketches for your confirmation to ensure the final piece meets—and even exceeds—your expectations. Please Note: During the review stage, we allow a maximum of 3 days (72 hours) for you to approve the artwork. If we do not receive a response within this period, we will consider it as approved and proceed with the production of your custom piece. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
