Will I see a preview of my custom item before it ships?
Yes, for most products, we offer a design preview before production.
You’ll receive a sketch or mock-up to review, with up to two free revisions. Note: Previews are not available for some items (Custom Surprise Pet Portraits、Together Necklaces).
What if I don’t respond to the preview in time?
If we don’t hear back within 72 hours, we’ll proceed with production.
To keep your order on schedule, we take non-response as approval after the 3-day window.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
We’re sorry, but once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Because each piece is custom-made, we begin working on your item shortly after your order is confirmed. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact us at pawmi@pawmiwow.com.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this to check the delivery status anytime.
Do you accept returns?
Since each item is custom-made just for you, we don’t accept returns or refunds.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If there's a quality issue, we’ll make it right — just reach out to us.

What photo should I use?
Photos that are evenly lit, full face in the frame, and looking at the camera work best!
If the photo you provide doesn't work for me I will reach out for another one.
Can both my pet and I wear the necklace?
Absolutely! Our “Together Necklaces” are designed for both pets and their humans.
Does it matter what's in the background of my photo?
No this shouldn't matter. Don't worry if there's a lot of stuff in the background. Obviously it's better if it's a plain/clear background. But don't obsess over it too much! It really doesn't make much difference.

What if I don’t like my Felt Pet?
We guarantee your satisfaction. Once your Felt Pet is completed, we will take photos and send them to you for approval. If you’d like to modify any part of your Felt Pet, we’re happy to provide the necessary adjustments. We’ll ship your Felt Pet only after you are 100% satisfied.
Are all products handcrafted and custom-made?
Yes, every Pawmi piece is handcrafted by our designers with love and care — from concept to creation — to celebrate the special bond with your pet.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and include clear photos and an unboxing video. We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or compensation as soon as possible.
